WHERE: Westhill High School Dancer Waiting Areas (there will be signs)
WHAT TO DO: Arrive ready in your full costume, 30 minutes before the start of your show time
Students who are performing in the first half of the show (any song before intermission) - please go to the backstage area next to theater doors. Students who are not performing until the second half of the show - please go to the balcony and sit with your class.
There will be Parent Monitors, Class Moms, Sitters and Teachers overseeing the students backstage and in the balcony.
* If needed, you may bring light, non-messy, nut-free snacks and water for the dressing room/backstage holding area, however, eating is not allowed in the balcony/theater and no gum! (note to parents, concessions will be sold at intermission).
* Remember to label all costume pieces, shoes, etc. We cannot be responsible for lost items.

NOTE TO CREATIVE MOVEMENT & TINY TOTS PARENTS: Please pick up your child at the backstage check-in area at intermission. Your child is free to leave with you or sit with you for the remainder of the show. If your child wishes to participate in the finale, please report to the backstage area 3 songs before the end of the show.
NOTE TO FAMILIES & FRIENDS COMING TO THE SHOW:
The house doors will be open 45 minutes before the show for handicapped and elderly guests and 30 minutes before the show for the general audience. After the show starts, as a courtesy to the audience and our dancers, the house doors will be shut. After the first five numbers, the show will pause and the doors will reopen to seat latecomers. Please note that thereafter, the doors will remain closed while numbers are in progress and any latecomers will be seated in the balcony only.
